Ingredients:

• 3 Cups Rice
• 1 Cup Urad Wash
• 1/4 Tsp Soda-Bi-Carbonate Salt ( To Taste ) Or If You Are Using Ready To Use Idli Mix Follow The Instructions Given On The Sachet Of The Mix

Method:

• Sock Rice And Urad Dal. Wet Grind To Make Batter. Set Aside To Ferment.Or Use Ready Idli Mix
• Put 200 To 250 Ml Water In The Bottom Vessel. Brush Idli Tray With Oil.
• Pour The Fermented Mixture In The Greased Microwave Safe Idli Moulds And Microwave ( Covered With Button Open ) At 60% Power For 4-5 Minutes.
• Serve Hot With Coconut Chutney & Samber Made In Microwave Using NAYASA Microwave Containers
